Who we are

Cellphones and Repairs is an independent retailer at 14631 W Warren Ave, Dearborn, MI 48126. We are not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, Google or any carrier. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used to identify the products we sell and service.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude Michigan sales tax, which is added at checkout. Inventory changes daily. If an item you ordered has sold, we will offer an equivalent or refund you in full. Reservation deposits are applied to the final price, which is set at pickup and matched to the manufacturer's retail price for the configuration you choose.

Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe. In-store we accept cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pickup requires a photo ID matching the name on the order.

Pre-owned phones

Condition grades (Excellent, Good, Fair) describe cosmetic wear. Every pre-owned phone is functionally tested and unlocked unless stated otherwise. Battery health figures are what the phone reports at the time of sale.

Repairs

You authorize us to open and repair your device. Repairs on devices with prior liquid damage or third-party repairs carry extra risk, which we will explain before starting. We are not responsible for data loss; back up before any repair. Devices left more than 60 days after we notify you they are ready may be treated as abandoned.

Buying your phone

You confirm you own the device outright and it is not reported lost or stolen. We verify ID and record the IMEI as required by law. Offers are final once the device has been checked and paid for.

Delivery

Local delivery is offered within roughly 10 miles of the store. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive a phone. We will text you a delivery window.

Limitation

Our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Michigan consumer law.
